I just discovered Brianna's Lively Lemon Tarragon dressing. Yum - it's lemony and fresh and slightly sweet, and I love it on a mixed salad with chicken, feta, and strawberries. And it's only 35 calories per 2 TBSP. I don't think I could beat that with a homemade recipe that was also as delicious.

My recent favourite is an avocado dressing...so good!

    1 Avocado
    1 clove Garlic, peeled
    ¼ cup roughly chopped cilantro
    ¼ cup low-fat sour-cream or greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice (or white vinegar)
    3 tablespoons Olive Oil
    ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt
    ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
    Water

This is yummy, I've made it before. My problem is that I couldn't eat it fast enough so most of it went bad.

*I love, love love kraft fat free zesty Italian dressing (it tastes better than the regular italian)

Panera sells their Asian Sesame dressing at Publix and I love it. My "go to" is called Farmer Boy Greek and they have it on the dressing isle. I was feeling adventurous yesterday and bought a sweet chili dressing. It is not low calorie but I think it is going to be awesome on a grilled chicken salad or a sandwich.

Panera now sells their dressings in the refrigerated section of the produce section (near the salad mixes). I love their poppyseed dressing.

    I like "Goddess Dressing"

    1/2 cup tahini
    1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari or coconut aminos)
1 tbsp lemon juice (lime juice will also work)
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup water
    2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp agave nectar (you can use honey or even just sugar if you want or leave it out)
    1/2 cup oilve oil
