Hi guys,
So I recently ran into the really annoying weight loss plateu. My first month of pretty much daily calorie tracking, I lost 10lbs! I was really excited and motivated, so I kept going, but the second month I stayed the same weight. Now, I'm starting to gain a little bit back.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to start losing weight again?

if you are gaining weight you are eating above your maintenance level. so you need to plug in your current measurements in MFP and eat the calories allotted. you should be careful with serving size and if you can get a scale to weigh your food it would be helpful0
