Sandwich/Wrap dressings/spreads

For lunch I typically take a chicked wraps. Normally grilled but occasionally boiled/shredded. Slap a piece of pepperjack and nuke it to heat it up at work. I'd like to find some type of spread or dressing to put on it for some additional flavor. I really enjoy spicy food so something with some kick to it would be great. Obviously lowish calorie is desirable. I run ~1800cals/day and usually have some room to play. No against spices or rubs either. Thanks!

I've been into Indian flavors lately. If there's a nearby Indian grocery, look for coriander or coconut chutneys. I've also gotten bottled 'pakora sauce' that's is both sweet and spicy with flavors of toasted cumin0

Laughing Cow has a spicy pepper jack that I like to use on my wraps. And hummus is always good.0

I have just discovered skinny tzatziki and skinny hommus, and I picked up a new one today skinny capsicum dip - all made by Black Swan, have less than 1g carbs per serving and low cal - about 50 cals for 30g hommus and 27 cal for 30g tzatziki. I usually have low carb wraps, chicken, lettuce and either of the above and they're so good.0
