@Bex953172 - There is a big connection between neurotransmitter action (what the meds affect), mood, and eating drive. It is not well understood. Make sure your prescriber knows about all you experience, and you should be working with a therapist who specializes in eating disorders too.
I think CBT is the best therapy ever! It will help in all areas of your life. And it is not just for mood disorders. It is taught in corporations to help people be more effective! Keep learning more!
