Hi All,
I can't remember if I have ever introduced myself on myfitness pal or not. My name is Michelle and I am horribly overweight, sad, in pain, and yes depressed. I have been using this AP sporadically for years but never with much consistency. I need to find myself again, somewhere along the way, I lost self, again. I hope to be consistent in my efforts of recording everything that goes in mouth this time, good or bad and it is bad most of the time. Really, really bad but I am hoping to find new friends and a fresh of newness this time. Thanks all. . .

Welcome! Best of luck on your journey. You can do this. And, yes, record EVERYTHING good or bad. You will be the only one to see it unless you choose to share your diary. So, you only hurt yourself by lying or skewing the inputs. And, by logging everything you will naturally start changing your habits and those changes will result in success. It's not a race it's a lifetime.3

don't give up and hang on.
it is indeed helpful to log in everything u eat. even the amount of water u drank. u can then perhaps identify which food item u can cut down progressively.1 -
Welcome! I share a similar struggle. Back on 2 days ago and determined to stay on this time and not stray. It's hard, but doable. You are not alone!2

Thanks everyone! Yesterday not a good day as for eating. I did not keep track of everything I ate but went back and entered everything today. It is a process. My physical challenges beats me down emotionally and then it is over. I can do it, I can do it! All things are possible with God!!0
