Hello all. I believe this is my first post. I've used My Fitness Pal for as long as I can remember. I absolutely adore it. I've managed to lose 30 lbs relatively quickly with its help. However, I just lose motivation. I get burnt out. Something clicks and it's all over and I gain every bit back and sometimes more.
I'm sure some of you can attest to this, but I would seriously compare to someone who's a drug addict and goes to rehab. In this case rehab is a lifestyle change in nutrition and health, but I always seem to relapse. I'm addicted to food. Anyways, I'm just here to say that I'm taking the step towards being a better me starting now. I'm going through "rehab" again. And I thought that maybe if I wrote something like this, I would be held accountable. I hope you are all doing well!
