Looking for some simple no equipment, in home workouts. Ideally I would like to know general amount of reps, time spent etc. I am with three babies all day so if parents have tips for workouts with kiddos please let me know! Thanks.

Check out fitnessblender youtube channel, it got so many different HIIT workouts you can do at home, select one workout based on your endurance but do it every other day because HIIT is intense.

    This for example

as for strength training, if you do pushups/pullups/leg raises then you've done your whole upper body and HIIT works out your legs, so you're training your whole body at home, but divide the workouts to Day A and Day B, always take a one day rest.

Others will recommend You Are Your Own Gym, Fitnessblender, YouTube, Beachbody workouts.

I will stick with Athlean Xero, which is the best bodyweight training I've done. The average session is probably 45 minutes or so. All sets are taken to failure so it's hard to quantify exactly how much you'll do and how long it will take.

This program is designed to strength train, but you definitely will get a cardio effect as well. Sometimes if I really want to get a bigger cardio effect and/or a shorter workout I'll do the workouts circuit-style instead of taking a rest between each set.

Last summer I went on a month-long trip with my family around the country. I had no gym access and did this program with Insanity Max 30/Asylum mixed in. I got in the best shape of my life at 45. Good luck, whatever you choose.

Could you please copy me a workout from athlean xero program? I've heard a lot about it I would like to see what it's about or how it looks like

Technically I can't do that, as it's copyrighted material, but here's a link to their website, with a lot of information:

    https://athleanx.com/xero

The short of it is: 6 week program that needs no equipment. Everything is accessed through an online portal, and there are videos so you can see the moves and the philosophies behind the workouts. There is also a printable PDF, so if you know the moves you can do the program without a connection.

There are some "swap out" options if you have certain things (such as a pull up bar, for example). Although each workout has a cardio effect, there are also some dedicated cardio days in there (no steady state, more interval type stuff). There's a bunch of challenges to monitor your progress, a nutritional plan (which I don't use), and an ab program that will destroy most people.

It does cost some $, unlike some of the options here, but I have found it to be well worth it. I've never done the program in its entirety, but I go back to it again and again when I find myself in situations without equipment.
