Need help to get fit!

I'm Jessica from a small town in Mississippi and I currently lost 12 lbs. I want to loose a total of 49 lbs and I need inspiration and encouraging motivation words from all of you to help me strive to be fit. I know I can do it and its hard at the same time. Help me focus !!
