shape or Numbers ?

ive been at this for a while and im losing inches but not pounds whats more important the way you look or the numbers

    For me it is definitely about inches and body fat percentage above actual weight. I came here to get fit.

    So long as I am at a healthy weight, for me being within normal BMI, I think shape.
    Unless you have your weight tattooed on your forehead no one knows it anyway.

    Edit: I say shape because I equate it with having adequate muscles. That is just me though.

    For me personally- weight is number one priority because it's directly tied to my glucose numbers (I have years of data that shows this). I could care less about my measurements/bf% though.

    This can be a "depends" scenario. When I was obese? Priority was to not be obese. i did keep my eye on the end aesthetic goal though by strength training.

    Now that I'm close to my arbitrarily picked out number that isn't set in stone, it's more about what I see in the mirror.
