Hi Im new to my fitness pal and I have tried all different types of diets and getting very frustrated! Help! So I recently started Keto again and I really feel good actually the best I have felt in a while. Probably because of the fat intake and no sugar its keeping my moods very stable which I like. Any suggestions on going keto I would very much appreciate any input. My ultimate goal is to lose about 20 lbs trying to get down to 160 lbs from my current 179 which I have been at for quiet a while :(!!!
