Hey any fp on here doing keto? Ive been at it for 3 weeks now
I have lost 20lbs with my exercise....would love to have friends to make sure im doing it right.....im 39 year old guy....on missionfield #honduras

    Hello: I'm trying to keep my carbs under 30 per day, and my calories under 1200. I've been eating this way for a little more than 2 weeks now, and have lost only 4 lbs! So, whatever you're doing, you're much more successful at it than I have been so far. Not exercising heavily. Also, I'm female and over 50, so that probably has some impact on my progress. I'm never hungry, and don't mind losing at a slow pace, as long as I am able to stay on plan and lose consistently over time. I have about 45 lbs left to go. Congratulations on your wonderful progress so far!

    Thanks ive just really been committed i do drink a low carb pre workout drink i cardio/lift 4 days a week

    Hi, I just list 27lbs in 12 weeks by doing Atkins. I worked out every day by walking and making sure to get 10,000 steps everyday.

    awesome!! I dont always get my fats but 3 weeks in im just not as hungry

    Feel free to add me. Low carb, 50 or less per day. 1200 calorie minimum and circuit training 3x weekly

    I've been following a Keto way of life for 2+ months now and have lost 44 pounds. I try to keep my carbs to 25g total/16g net carbs a day.
