    Hi i am the same i just re started again myself, i have even more to lose but i am not focusing on weight loss i am focusing on exercise and just healthier choices. The food diary is a great help i can reflect on week and try better next week. I have battled a weight problem for a long time something always holding me back but now just taking small steps not trying to lose it overnight. Good luck with your journey small steps are good steps forward.
