Is there such thing as eating too little calories? I'm 5' and weigh 140, im trying to get to 115 and I eat around 1100 calories a day.

Yes, there is too little calories, but the number is dependent on your own situation. One thing you missed was your age. If you are still growing, the number is different than if you are full-grown.

Consider this though. Those who lose weight slower keep it off. Those who lose weight faster, put it back on. You are well served to slowly (over several weeks) adjust your calorie intake by 100 until you maintain weight, then add or subtract by 100 or 50 depending on your goals.

Yes. At your height 1100 might be fine, but 1200 is generally the minimum recommended intake for women for nutrition purposes. And I know many shorter women who were able to lose on 1200+ calories.
