I'm new to this app, and in the past have just focused on eating enough protein. Since I'm trying to gain weight I try to eat a lot. Last night my wife Pointed out that I was eating way too much Greek yogurt( I think I ate a whole tub in a day). I said, it's Healthy right?? She proceeded to point out the sugar content, so yeah I need to open my eyes and balance my nutrients. Today is my first day using the calorie counter, and I've eaten too much soduim. Any advice guys? How do i find a good meal plan?

If you don't have any medical reason to limit sugar and salt I wouldn't worry about it. However, I do think you might explore some varied sources of protein along with the yogurt - maybe check out some higher fiber alternatives?
