Need help flattening tummy

Can someone help me with some good workouts to help get rid of my tummy pouch and tone it down. I also need help with getting toned arms as well. I just started to try to change my health and get the body I want but I don't know where to start.

    toning ur arms is easy. just to triceps n bicep excercises n u can just do a search on utube.

    tummy is a little harder.
    1. u need to lose most if not all of the fat in ur tummy area by eating less daily calories n usually fat around the tummy is the last to GO for most people. so use MFP on a daily basis.
    2. doing full body exercises (again, do a search on utube) 2 or 3 times a week. this will tone ur arms at the same time too. plz DO NOT just do crunches only because they r COMPLETELY useless unless u dont have any fat on ur tummy already but a tummy pouch usually indicates that u have a fat pocket there. do a utube search on "full body exercise/workout for beginners" n follow the ones u like

    this assumes u dont have any water retention or bloating problems.

    PS. unless u let me know ur height n weight n how much u think u r over weight (or u can be skinny fat), its hard to know exactly what to recommend but the above is probably correct for 90% of the cases. good luck!

    Calorie deficit

    Add in some resistance training to whatever your current exercise schedule is.

    Definitely deadlifts. As well as limiting my carbs to begin with, it's the one thing that's stripped down my body fat and tightened up my tummy.
