What keeps you going?
On a plateau or when going back up, when you're utterly tired of trying and failing, when for days you wake up feeling bloated and nothing seems to work..
What turns your mood around back to dedication?
It's all in our head - so what's in yours?

mostley thunking of how good im going to look and feel when summer arrives, no more being scared to try that bikini on and be on the beach enjoyimg summer, i also think of my health to, better skin better hair! it hurts to be beautiful but its so worth it, i started on monday and im cutting out all the crap mainly sticking to protine and vegetables, drinking lots of water and green tea. green tea is the best thing for unbloating. Im trying do hard and this moring i can really feel that its working. i eat eggs for breakfast and include in my lunch then for dinner veg mostly and some protine. im not keen on chicken so i try and eat fish. Low fat yogurt is also great as its full in protine and low in calories, i tend to have that for desert or as a snack, ive been eating lots of fruit to. last year i lost 8 killos and i find it so hard to find a good plan to loose weight, but i feel this is the one.

how do you eat and do you have any tips?

I scare myself with images of insulin needles.

Kidding. Although that is part of how I stay motivated. Diabetes runs in my family and I strive to be healthy to avoid the same struggles they have to go thru on a daily basis. For me its as simple as that. I'm surrounded by what motivates me.
