I wonder is there anyone out there that would be knowledgeable in relation to nutrition and would be willing to look and my food diary and give me their thoughts. I weight train 4 days a week (Tues, Wed, Fri, Sun). My diary is public so anyone can view it. Feel free to be as critical as you like. As long as you know what you are talking about, I don't mind at all ;)

    The food you eat looks good, but maybe eat more. Depends on what your goals are, but to support lifting 4 times a week I'd say you need to be eating more then 1200-1400 calories.

    Another vote for eating more. If you are lifting four times a week, you need more food to fuel those workouts. Undereating undermines the effectiveness of weight training.

    Can you explain your tablespoons of deleted oatmeal? I find it unlikely that something with 27g carbs has only 25 calories.
