Milk, eggs, bread, greek yogurt, PB2, cheese (shredded and string cheese), bananas, halos, broccoli (frozen), green beans, (frozen or canned), canned tomatoes (sauce, crushed, and diced), canned fruit in juice (peaches, pears, and pineapples), boneless skinless chicken breasts, ground beef, boneless porkchops, white rice (my husband is half Korean), ice cream sanwhiches (150 to 170 calories depending on the brand- my typical sweet treat), and cookies
Most other stuff I just fill in as needed. I am usually buying some kind of "junk" food as well, I have 2 kids that love it! So brownies or chips often make the list. (probably not what OP was looking for though LOL)

I go to the grocery store every day, so not much. I always have cocoa powder, hot sauce, lettuce, some lower carb water veg, a lean meat, and greek yogurt.0
