Hey guys. Just getting started. Tired of using family and work as excuses for not being in shape. Any tips?

Take a look at your diet, and use the MFP app to track food for a while till you get the hang of everything. Add some activity. Good luck.0

pick an exercise you like to do or figure out ways to make exercising fun. It hard to keep it up when you feel like its a chore that has to get done.0
