How to calculate how many calories I burned when trimming the weeds for 45min?

    There is an option for general gardening, but TBH I don't think it burns that many calories. You're using a weed whacker right?

    I count it as a bonus and figure it offsets the times I am slightly inaccurate with my calories.

    Yeah, all that general housekeeping/yard stuff I was doing and will continue to do? I don't count it extra either. I only add in purposeful moderate exercise that isn't part of my ongoing responsibilities. I mean, I became overweight and I was doing that stuff.
