Hi! I'm Kate!
I am new to MFP and just started this week. I am 5'1, 150 pounds. I am 36. I work a desk job and try to hit 12,500 steps a day. (which I find difficult)
I am trying to lose about 20/25 pounds to be a healthier weight for my small frame.
My short term goal is to see if I can hit a 10 pound loss over the next 6 weeks.
Looking to be accountable, stay on track & "clean" up my weekends! The weekend is where I get in the most trouble. I love to go out to eat & I love a nice bottle of wine!
I work out often & have identified my diet as what is keeping me from slimming down.
