Summer Rowing Challenge - 25K per Week

My preferred winter workout is rowing on my Water Rower but I plan to try and get my workouts on actual water this summer! Join me and aim for 25K a week by kayak, canoe, SUP or machine! Tracking my distance on the water will be impossible, so since I generally row 5-6K in 30 minutes, I figure if I row 30-45 minutes on water, I should be close. My preferred watercraft is a 16' Current Design Sea Kayak, but I'm hoping to get a SUP to change things up a bit. If you're a rower, what's your favorite machine or watercraft??
