Stuck on 212 lb...
I'm 37 5"11 going to gym twice a day... 1 hr cardio in the morning(5times a week) and lifting at the evenings... but can't keep up with the diet... my body is screaming for some carbs...

Do some carb loading (refeed) days 1-2 a week. They can be really good to reverse the negative effects of losing weight and also help you to be mentally stable and keep your performance in workouts. and why are you limiting carbs? unless you're carb sensitive and you're following a atkins or ketogenic diet you shouldn't limit carbs if you really need them.0
