About a year and a half ago I was very active and enjoyed living a healthy lifestyle. I was eating right, drinking a tonne of water, was exercising daily for an hour plus, and had quit smoking. Then a series of events happened that lead to me literally stopping all of my healthy habits and fell back into old ways. So i'm basically starting back at square one. I've only gained back like 10lbs but I'm frustrated with myself about all my other losses. i know what I need to do and can make up all the plans I want, but when it comes down to it i just can't seem to get my *kitten* in gear. I need some ways to get me motivated so I can get back into my healthy habits. I'm frustrated with myself and have very low energy. I'm tired of feeling so blah and crappy.

I went out and got a goal skirt. I recently got married and thought I could reach my goal weight by wedding day and I fell right on my face. Not only did I not loose what I wanted I put on more weight than I thought I would. So, I found something to get me going again... a little black mini skirt I want to wear on my first anniversary. I hope it works for me and I hope you find your reason again.

Sometimes motivation comes after you do the actions that needs to be done. It's not very reliable to hope to be motivated all the time, and I learned this the hard way

Don't be frustrated with your self, it really isn't a big deal if you don't make it a big deal. I hope you didn't start smoking again, but even if you did - look ahead. Start by one step, you can only have one step, one meal, one moment at time. Do most of it

Also, eating well doesn't have to be boring or hard at all! Remind yourself that.
