Where did they go?
I've noticed a number of posters who I have chatted to and they have now disappeared!
So this is the thread to ask and if you know, unveil where did they go?
@TeacupsAndDeadlifts is missing for me... Just chatted a couple of times, but seemed a nice enough poster!

They come and go all the time. Often disappearing and reappearing under a new profile name.

Was there an @delsol cannot remember what came after her name... she has disappeared from my list too. It's such a shame some people are really nice and motivating1

The thin blue line Union Jack is in support of our police services.1

The majority are all here, with changed names and trying to play anonymous. Some are totally obvious, particularly the ones that live on here 24/7. Some are just lurking in the background but they'll never truly leave.8

A lot of them have guilt over what they are doing and deactivate. Others get caught by a husband or wife fooling around and are forced to leave. Some get banned. Some just have too much going on. Some are "over it". Some come back with new names for many different reasons.
I have lost a lot of people here. It makes me sad, but I can't control what someone else does with their life. If they disappear leaving no way to contact them then I figure that I wasn't that important in their lives so why should they be in mine?
There's a lesson here folks: Don't use a fitness side as a dating side. If you don't want your SO to see what your doing on here then you really have to rethink your relationship.
And for the people I've grown to really care for. I have them on my instagram/Facebook cause some of you are so precious that I don't wanna lose sight of you.
Far too wise.1 -

This!
I figure people just use this as a place as an escape to their reality .... then real life happens. I have wanted to leave a couple of times over the past few years, but I love my username too much4 -

I will admit if you hang out here long enough and get to know the regulars, it's not easy to quit. You may think you're leaving but trust me, you'll be back, even if just too lurk. These forums are a bit toxic and somewhat addicting. At least that's what I've heard.5

I am totally gobsmacked by how many times I've gotten this on here (approaches). It's something I never expected. Yes, I post my body but that's because I'm proud of my progress but at the same time I don't want to show the entire world my face. I don't know...there are sites where you might expect lots of approaches (married or not - I am) but for some reason I never expected a weight loss site to be one of them.
As for disappearing, I totally do this. I will be really interested for a while and interact and banter and make sorta-friends, then real life takes over and I find I'm losing the plot as far as what everyone is up to and talking about and so on. So I stop posting for a while. Not usually forever, though, unless I have reason to be totally disgusted and fed up with a specific site.1 -
