Hey,

Looking for Slimming World buddies to keep each other motivated. I used to go to class but now doing it online. 3 stone lost already another 3/4 to go

    hiya, slimming world over here - im currently doing slimming but interested in my calorie consumption too - and doing sw naturally lowers the cals anyway so im happy.

    Not on slimming world but one of my work colleagues is and apparently the rules I've found for a hormone issue I have, mean I'm essentially following a strict almost version of slimming world...so most of my meals should be transferable if you're interested :)
