Hit a brick wall with weight loss :(

Hi!
I've been tracking my food and exercise religiously for the past 4 1/2 weeks now. In the first 3 weeks, I managed to lose just under 7lbs, which I was very happy with, but since then, I've lost 0.4lbs. I exercise every single day, and burn at least 500kcal a day. I never go over my net of 1200kcal, I don't normally go over 1000. Where am I going wrong? My food and exercise is public so I would be extremely grateful if someone could give me a few hints. I normally going to bed at half 11 at night so is there a time I shouldn't eat past? My height is 6ft, current weight is 174.2, and I'm a 19 female (yes I'm very tall lol). I would like to lose 15lb more.
Cheers!

Well, you've lost over 7 pounds in a little over a month and that's pretty darn good, so congratulations! You are restricting yourself to a very low calorie intake, especially given your age and weight. I am hoping that you are eating back those 500 calories, otherwise, you are significantly undereating. As it is, even if you are netting 1000 - 1200 calories, you are probably undereating. Good luck!0

Heres where you are going wrong:
Your only doing cardio= good bye muscle,, hello skinny fat you
Your eating too few calories= good bye muscle,, hello skinny fat you
Your not getting enough protein= good bye muscle,, hello skinny fat you
Good bye muscle= your body runs on a lot less calories then if you focused on muscle preservation
Your body runs on a lot less calories= Your eventually going to stall weight loss even when your calories are too low
hello skinny fat you= Your light as fuark.. lost 30 lbs of weight and you still look squishy and wobble in places
Cardio sucks.. it doesnt help you loose weight in the way you think it does.. you could just not do cardio and eat less.. would make no difference. Lift weights.0 -
Eat more! Sounds counter intuitive but it works,
Good luck0 -
