Fellow Brits?

Hi, my name is Lucy. Coming back to mfp after about two years and gaining a lot of my weight back. I managed to lose about 4 and a half stone previously but my calorie counting got way too obsessive! I've got a new mindset now to focus on proper nutrition and also to remind myself it's not a race! My overall goal is to lose about 3 and a half stone but I'm taking as long as I need and doing this properly.

Any Brits or likeminded people please do add me - it's always easier to do something when you can support each other in a group. I'm definitely up for supporting others on their journey as well. (Someone who actually indulges in a fry up or dominos every now and again without guilt would be a welcome bonus!)
