Hello! I am a 45 year old woman with partial thyroid removal years ago and on hormone replacement. Seems like it is harder than it already is to lose weight with that added bonus! I also have back problems which allows me to exercise mildly. So the best bet for me is to watch my calorie intake, healthy food and moderate exercise. Snacking takes up my calories lol!

Hello, yes snacking do Lol... And I too suffer with back problems and it does make it very difficult sometimes.. But I believe that anything is possible and I must push myself to an better lifestyle not only for me but my daughter as well.0
