I have bought a lovely joint of beef but need any ideas as what to do? Normally gravy would be involved but any help would be great ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

Probably not the type of recipe you are looking for, but I normally make beef jerky with topside and silverside. Slice thinly, marinate in soy sauce, chilli sauce, a tablespoon of brown sugar. Dehydrate in a fan assisted oven for 4-6 hours at the lowest setting 50C.0
