Hi,
I was last on here in 2011 and I lost around 45lbs. Two years ago I was diagnosed with CFS/ME and have since put the weight back on. So here I am again but this time it will be harder as I cant exercise. I need friends to help keep me straight with my food dairy and would be good if they also understand my condition.
