For those that don't think a week can make the tiniest bit of difference. It can! I was looking to tone up and with eating right, doing my exercise programs, and drinking a super food shake everyday I was able to notice a difference after SEVEN days!!!

You look great, but I'm seeing very different lighting and poses and that makes it hard to see any differences. But go you.

Is the shake helping you gain weight and muscle? How much protein does it have?

When someone is very close to being at their best, a week CAN make a difference. For people with A LOT to lose, not so much.

Very true, but then they could just take two identically posed pictures to show it.

Thank you Katie, I didn't post this to by judged by the lighting or angles of my pictures or whether I had a lot of weight to lose. I worked hard for seven days and saw a difference in my body and felt a difference regardless of what others may think. So, thank you for your positivity.

All of these people leaving rude comments about how there is no difference...smh. This is literally a motivation/support thread. When it's YOUR body you notice a difference! Way to go girl! You look amazing! Don't let these negative folks bother you!

I've been here for six years and when someone posts a success story in the first 50 posts talking about a shake that they used that worked magic they're here to sell something. Salesmen don't belong on this site. Joining a site just to make sales is sleazy, but it happens a lot around here.

    A freaking men!

Add that most of the user posts are aimed at private "motivational" groups, and offers of support...

When you're already in great shape and you don't have much sub cutaneous fat, a small difference in fat shows up, while for the rest of us the change is just buried under blubber.

    You look great! Congrats.

Is it a shake made of "super food"? Or is "super food" a brand name designed to sell something?

Either way you look good in both pics. I can kinda see a difference honestly, around the bellybutton and lateral abdominal wall.

I sense some envy in this thread because your before and after pics are basically the same, and your body is overall a desired outcome of many fitness enthusiasts.

    Dat body though.

Im on a mission to have said desired body and I dont think I'll stop until I get it. Congratulations, you inspire me! Im off to 7% bodyfat land!

I doubt it. Charlatans are not very welcome here.

I know you enough to know that you have zero desire to look like the OP and that you really like how your body looks.
