    Hey! I am 5ft 3in and my SW was 186. I am on my third week and am down to 179.4 (about 7 pounds). My GW is 150 by November. I really need inspiration to keep going.

    I'm 5 foot nothing and was 180lbs at my heaviest when I was a teenager. Dropped down to 113 after being homeless for a couple years, but then started gaining it back when I got off the street. That was about 6 years ago, I'm currently 135 and trying to get to 115. Feel free to add me, I know the short girl struggle lol
