Metabolism and Nightime Eating

Hey, there! I'm curious as to what you all think about the effects of eating a large bulk of your daily calories at dinner/in evening? Even though I stick to my daily calorie goals, my current lifestyle tends to put me at eating the most at night. Do you believe this negatively impacts the metabolism, or is it truly "calories in, calories out" as long as we're sticking to our daily nets?

there's no problem with eating the bulk of your calories in the evening. meal timing is just a tool that allows us to better stick to our calorie deficits... that's why a lot of people are fans of intermittent fasting. Whatever works for you to stay under is perfectly fine2
