Getting back on track again

Hi everyone! My name's Alex and I'm 30 years old, and I've struggled with my weight all my life. I've been using mfp for several years off and on, but I've never reached out to the community before. I really want to stay on track this time instead of this yo-yo progress I've had for the last few years. My goal weight is 115 (I'm 5 foot nothing) and I'm about 135 right now. I got down to 125 two years ago, but gained it all back since getting in a relationship, moving in with my bf, and falling off my routine.

Thanks everyone! I've still got 15-20 pounds to go, and then the real struggle begins... maintenance.

I'm in a very similar situation! I'm 5'2, 140lbs. I got down to 125 two years ago but gained it all back by eating college food and binge drinking lol. Trying to make it work for the long haul now.
