Hello out there! I'm starting the at home HMR program on Monday. My main concern is the sweetness. I don't like sweets so I'm wondering if anybody has any good tips for listening the sweetness of the shakes. Also, any other tips would be great. I get overwhelmed when thinking about how to incorporate all these vegetables. I don't know how to make vegetables taste good without it getting a lot of fat and calories. Thank you!!

you won't find much love here for that sort of thing. MFP is biased on eating real food all the time in the correct quantities. just a fyi0
