Day 1 for me!!... again.

I feel like we all have an again, dont we? Im back at it, day 1. Counting food this week, adding exercise next week. Id like to start by loosing 70 lbs. I know its huge but i need to get back under 200!! Ill set other goals after that. Friend me!
