Still look and feel fat

I'm 6'3" 15 years old. I started my journey last November at 295, and I'm now at 222. A lot right? not really, considering I still have the stomach and man boobs that made me want to lost weight in the first place. My clothes of baggier and looser and all that, but my body type is still sadly the same. The whole point of me losing weight is for me to feel confident without a shirt on and I'm far from that.

    Hey,

First off, great job! That is a lot of weight and a lot of work. I know it might not seem like it's making a difference but you are getting healthier.

Have you been working out at all or just sticking to your calories? Working out, cardio and weights, is also important to getting to where you can be happy with yourself. If you just go straight calorie counting you'll probably end where your weight is normal/low but you still don't feel fit. Working out and toning up could help.

Hope this helps some. Stick in there.

Don't worry about it brother. I am in the exact same boat as you. I'm 6'2 and started out somewhere a little over 300 pounds. I've lost the same amount as you at this point as well.

Did you take a photo of yourself when you started? Because you've changed dude. A lot. Yeah, you still have a lot of fat to loose, but you've made a massive difference already. If I look at myself I think the same thing... nothing has changed. I take a photo of myself now and look at the photo of myself when I started and I'm completely different.

Unfortunately, you've still got around another 55 pound to go before you're about the healthy weight for guys our size.

I agree with hya89. Do some weights, drink some protein shakes, and wait for the gun show to arrive. :D

Weights are the way forward. You will reach your target body long before you reach your target weight. Check out something simple, like Stronglifts 5x5.

I would to add however, you are too young for this site, which you obviously know, as you've set your age to 18 on your profile. Go and check out sparkteens.
