Exercise to do infront of a Tv while standing

before i go to bed i usually have some time left to watch tv, i want to burn some calories while i do it. any ideas?

    Air squats. Planks.

    Squats, lunges, jumping jacks, jumping rope, running in place, running in place with high knee lifts come to mind.

    can't run, small room.

    Buy a treadmill. I use to use the treadmill whilst watching on my computer.

    Along these lines.......I use a rebounder (mini trampoline). Bungee versions let you jog quietly.

    Shadow boxing, 30 secs light punches, 30 secs non stop forward punches, 30 secs knockout punches(within reason) repeated once, total 3 mins per round. 90 second rest repeat.. Total 7 rounds or what you can do. Very good workout from home. U will sweat

    If you're wanting to burn extra calories go for some sort of cardio depending on what equipment you have available at home and your fitness level you could do anything from jogging on the spot , HIIT, low impact cardio, bodyweight training through to stationary bike/treadmill/eliptical, some of the suggestions above such as hula hoopinh or some sort of cardio routine with dumbells.

    This, an elliptical, or stepper would be great. In the past, I have watched entire movies on a treadmill.
