Hi,
I've been using MyFitnessPal off and on for many years. Sometimes to track foods I am eating, sometimes to track weight loss. Every time in the past, I used it for a few weeks to a month and then stopped for a long time. I am back again, looking to eat healthier and lose weight. I got a fitness tracker this time as well, to help me with my goals! I also think being involved in the community might help me stay motivated and on track - unlike times in the past!

I'm pretty good at giving encouragement - but not so good with following through with my own goals :(
