Do You Subtract Your Calories Burned From Exercise From Your Total Allowed Calories?
MFP has your deficit built in without exercise. so if you exercise you add exercise calories burned to your calories ,not subtract them as it would make your deficit bigger.which means if you are allowed 1500 and you burn 300,you would net 1200 so that means either eat 1800 calories and burn 300 to net the 1500 it gives you,or eat those 300 calories back.0
