Hey everyone! I'm a social worker who has been on a health.fitness journey for about 3 years (or 13, depending on how you count) and I see SOOO many parallels to the work I do and what types of support would help me right now. I was just wondering if there are other social workers, therapists, counselors, etc on here who feel they could benefit from someone offering them the support they so often give to the people they work with... especially when this eoffering he support understand the stress, hours, unpredictability, and ups and downs that are common place in our proffession.
I have been a part of a lot of groups to try to support others and get support in return, but I've always felt like the most invested out of the group and was hoping to connect with people who understand the emotional and behavioral mechanisms of change and are ready to put them into practice with accountability. ☺️
