I never know if the "200 calories in 2 oz" of pasta refers to dry pasta or after you cook it. Opinions?

Oh, and the nutritional label doesn't indicate whether they mean dry or cooked - otherwise I wouldn't be asking! :)

Does it give you an indication of serves per package? That may help

100 calories per ounce of dry pasta sounds about right - that would be my guess if there is no other information.

Thank you for the replies! I thought it's meant to be dry but was I never sure. I will also check our servings per package.

    It's for dry.

If the package doesn't indicate, it typically is nutrition info for the item as packaged.

It's for dry. Besides, it's only heavy from water. You should be good.
