Learning about IIFYM currently trying a 40 40 20 for the 1st time 2000 calories to drop back to 75kg. New to fitness pal and always looking to meet new people.

    I just started reading about IIFYM too. I'm trying a 40, 35, 25 (protein, carb, and fat respectively). I'm doing 2400 calories to gain 8 more pounds by mid June.
