Question for my son - fiber supplement

My son used to take Benefiber in his yoghurt in the morning. This is now in BE out of stock (probably permanently). Is there someone who knows an alternative for this that is taste free and does not alter food structure too much, and that can either be ordered in BE or online? (He's a picky eater).

    Had the same problem. So I switched to Optifibre and it seems to be available in Belgium (hope I got that correct)

    It has the exact same taste and texture as Benefibre when mixed in yogurt :wink:

    You might need to play with quantity. I have to take a bit more than with the Benefibre to reach the same result.
