Do ya'll count carbs as a whole or only the net carbs when logging?
(Net carbs are the total carbs minus fiber. Ex: a food with 30g total carbs and 10g fiber would yield 20 net carbs.)

I weigh the food and look up if possible a USDA entry from the database and log it. I do not mess with net this or that.
I don't count carbs however, I count calories.
Just a tip, there are bad entries in the database...you have to be careful and thoughtful which selection you use. Weigh in grams for solids like protein..uncooked. and ounces for liquids.0 -
Net carbs. I use this: https://github.com/Surye/mfp-keto-userscript0

I look at both. (Since I am in the US where fiber is included in carbs, I subtract the fiber to see net carbs.)0

I don't do net carbs, which is the reason I find Australian food labels highly frustrating - fiber is listed separately. Grr!0
