Weight Machines

Hi all! I am in my second week of MFP and have been doing some running and walks to get into the groove of trying to lose some weight. I have a gym membership and would like to add some weight training into my plan but am not comfortable with using free weights yet. I was wondering if anybody had any good plans or ideas for using weight machines. Thank you in advance for any tips or plans you can share with me!
