new to this , trying to gain weight ... help please other than " eat more " cause believe me I eat ALOT ! lol I would love to gain 10-15 pounds & I don't like to exercise other than squats lol

Hate to be typical but others will agree. Eat more! Lol. If you are new do not get caught up in cookie cutter diets or think that you have to "eat clean" Track whatever it is that you are normally eating for a few weeks and monitor your weight. If you can simply add in more calories, hopefully from good sources of protein, you will gain weight.
And keep squating! If that is the only workout you enjoy, than it is a damn good choice. Great overall movement. Work on slowly getting stronger while keeping good form and keep your calories higher than your maintaince. You WILL gain weight.0
