Accountability buddy? Issue with Discouragement

Hey, I started working out a bit last year and managed to lose about 10 pounds in a couple months and I felt great! But then I moved, went back to school, etc etc. and now I find myself the heaviest I've ever been (5'6" 205 lbs) and I want to get back to where I was before and lose even more weight! I have problems with losing motivation about 2 weeks in because I don't see the progress quickly. Anyone else that has this issue, has knowledge in healthy living, or just likes to help out others is welcome to add me!
