PreWorkout Snacks? With my weird schedule!!

Hi all! So I work until about 9pm every night, and often commute straight to the gym. Due to the fact that I am working through dinner hours, what would you say are the best foods I can scarf down, on an empty stomach, right before an intense workout ?!?! Looking forward to your feedback!

That's probably more of an "as tolerated" situation, as in, you'll probably have to experiment to see what your body likes. If it were me, I might go for a protein bar or a pack of nuts, but you might find you tolerate carbs better. It's really just a matter of preference.1

I'd recommend protein bars or maybe heating up some oatmeal or something during your last leg of work1

You're going to have to figure out what works best for you. I work from 6am to 2pm without eating, then have a Power Crunch bar as I take the 2 minute walk to the gym. After my workout I eat my lunch and go back to work until 6pm.1

I honestly can't eat anything before an intense workout
....maybe sugar free jello for me would work. I feel too pukey if I try to eat too much.
